The land of the Bible is rough and barren. Travel across it can be challenging to the most hardy of pilgrims. The rugged terrain provides a vivid reminder of what it was like at the time of Jesus and how difficult it must have been for the many people with disabilities of his day to get to him. However, the challenge of the land does not daunt the participants of this unique program. Our group travels over 1300 miles. Seemingly impassible barriers are overcome with effort, ingenuity and imagination. The result is a profound sense of accomplishment and of inclusion.
